• • Any content that normalizes, promotes, or glorifies child sexual abuse
• • Using our platform to facilitate trafficking or exploitation of children
• • Any attempt to contact minors through our platform for inappropriate purposes

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• • Any visual depiction (photos, videos, illustrations, or computer-generated imagery) of minors in a sexual context
• • Any text, audio, or written content that sexualizes minors
• • Links to external sites containing child exploitation material
• • Content that promotes or encourages sexual attraction to minors
• • Content depicting or promoting child marriage involving individuals under 18
• • Any content that facilitates real-world contact with minors for sexually exploitative purposes

4. Detection & Prevention Measures

We employ the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:

• • Age Verification: Mandatory phone call verification for all new profiles to confirm the user's age and identity
• • Profile Review: All profiles are reviewed before activation to ensure compliance with our age requirements
• • Content Monitoring: Regular monitoring of user-generated content, including profile photos and bio-data
• • Photo Approval System: Photos are shared only with explicit user approval, providing an additional layer of protection
• • User Reporting: Easy-to-use reporting mechanisms for users to flag suspicious accounts or content

5. Reporting CSAE

6. Response & Enforcement Actions

• • Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant local authorities
• • Cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation
• • Notify relevant authorities in accordance with mandatory reporting obligations under applicable law

7. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We are committed to cooperating with law enforcement agencies, including but not limited to:

• • Responding promptly to lawful requests for information from law enforcement
• • Reporting suspected CSAE to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC (CyberTipline), local police, and relevant government agencies in India
• • Preserving data and evidence as required by law for investigation purposes
• • Complying with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India), POCSO Act, 2012, and all other applicable child protection legislation

8. User Responsibilities

All users of Dhodia Jeevan Saathi are expected to:

• • Immediately report any suspected CSAE content or behavior
• • Not share, distribute, or create any content that exploits or harms children
• • Cooperate with our team and law enforcement during investigations
