How to permanently delete your account and data
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to permanently delete your Dhodia Jeevan Saathi account, please follow the steps below. Account deletion is irreversible and will result in the permanent removal of all your data from our platform.
Steps to Delete Your Account
Follow these simple steps to delete your account from the Dhodia Jeevan Saathi mobile app:
Open the App & Log In
Open the Dhodia Jeevan Saathi mobile app on your device and log in to your account using your registered phone number and password.
Navigate to Delete Account
Once logged in, find and tap on the "Delete Account" option. This is available in your account settings or profile section within the app.
Enter Your Credentials
For security verification, you will be asked to enter your registered phone number and password. This confirms that you are the account owner requesting the deletion.
Confirm & Delete Account
Review the deletion notice, then tap the "Delete Account" button to permanently delete your account. Your account and all associated data will be removed from our system.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

While your account data will be permanently deleted, please note:

- • Anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.
- • Data that has been shared with or accessed by other users (e.g., bio-data you approved to share) may still be visible to those users until they clear their cache or records.
- • The deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete across all our systems and backups.
